Terms of Service

To use CuratFeed, you must create an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CuratFeed cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. One person or entity may only maintain one account. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.

CuratFeed is a paid subscription service priced at $20 per month (USD). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Free Lifetime Access: The first 1,000 users who join the waitlist and activate their accounts may receive complimentary lifetime access to CuratFeed. This offer is at CuratFeed's sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued.

Billing Cycle: Your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of your sign-up date. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

CuratFeed is designed for thoughtful, substantive content. When you post on CuratFeed, you agree not to publish content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes on any patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party
• Contains unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any form of commercial solicitation
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors (CSAM). Any such content will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, or dangerous activities
• Is intentionally misleading, deceptive, or constitutes disinformation designed to manipulate
• Is generated entirely by AI without disclosure. AI-assisted content is permitted when clearly labeled.

CuratFeed reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

CuratFeed allocates 60% of net subscription revenue to creators through three pools:

• Fan Allocation (20%): Distributed based on subscriber selections. Each subscriber designates their top 10 favorite creators.
• Top Rewards (20%): Distributed based on content quality metrics including meaningful engagement, comments, and saves.
• Community Grants (20%): Selected monthly by the community and editorial team for rising voices and exceptional contributions.

“Net subscription revenue” means total subscription payments received minus payment processing fees, refunds, and chargebacks.

Creator payouts are processed monthly. You must provide valid payment information to receive payouts. Minimum payout threshold and tax reporting requirements apply.

CuratFeed reserves the right to modify the revenue allocation structure with at least 60 days' notice to creators.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on CuratFeed. By posting content, you grant CuratFeed a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and for marketing purposes (e.g., featuring your work in platform promotions).

Our Platform: The CuratFeed platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by CuratFeed Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about CuratFeed, you grant us the right to use that feedback without obligation to you.

You agree not to:

• Use CuratFeed for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or systems connected to CuratFeed
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the platform without our written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or other users' experience
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate content rankings, creator revenue, or platform features
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit your access to CuratFeed

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURATFEED INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF CURATFEED SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

CuratFeed is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

By You: You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon closure, your subscription will not renew and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the platform or other users. For non-urgent violations, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation before termination.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Pending creator revenue earned before termination will still be paid out according to our standard schedule, provided the creator's account was in good standing.

We encourage you to contact us first at legal@curatfeed.com to resolve any disputes informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree to resolve it through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under their Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in the state where you reside or remotely via video conference.

You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of CuratFeed after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should stop using the platform and cancel your subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.

Entire Agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CuratFeed.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these terms without our written consent. CuratFeed may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
